You don't need to install FP98 in order to install the upgrade, in fact, you
probably shouldn't. Start the install of the FP2003 upgrade, it will ask for
proof of a qualifying product - at that point, insert the FP98 CD, once it's
recognized, take it out and put the FP2003 CD back in and finish the
install.
