Some hosts (like AOL) also cache pages
- best workaround is to set the server to not cache pages (contact your host)

One other workaround is to make the browser think you are passing a variable in your links

<A href="thepage.htm?">The page</a>
or
<A href="thepage.htm?x=0">The page</a>
