A bit of background for the professed newbe:

Your first step in developing a website using Front Page
is to create a "web". This is simplay a special folder
(usally within your MyWebs folder) that will contain
everything for your website, pages, images, thumbnails,
etc.

The next thing is to create the individaul web pages and
save them within that web. If you have, as you suggest,
graphics on your web page, they must be imported into
this web even if they reside somewhere else on your hard
drive. If you want thumbnails AND full size images, they
both must be imported into your web.

Once you have created your webpages and their contents,
you are ready to "publish" your webiste to the host with
whom you have contracted. The easiest way to do this is
the "http" method (see Front Page help). This requires
that your host supports the Front Page Extensions. Such a
host will make the whole process go MUCH easier.
