Hard to determine without seeing the page. However try this: in design view ( normal view in
earlier versions ) place the mouse cursor where the extra line is, click once and then press the
backspace key and see if it removes the line.
If it does, but some text then wraps, ( runs together ) use Shift + Enter to create a new single
space line.
