It's popping up to tell you there's an error in the scripting in a page you're viewing in your
browser.
It doesn't mean anything is wrong with your machine, or "your" website. ( unless it's your site
you're viewing )
You can disable it in IE >Tools > Options > Advanced by unchecking "Java Console Enabled" clicking
Apply and OK and then rebooting the computer.
