Generally speaking no way unless you control your own web server
and have Word installed on it and even then there are a number of
capabilities and constraints that are to be considered.
I suggest you learn about Smart Documents noting that the highest
and best use will only be possible when using Office 2003. The
emerging Information Bridge Framework may also be relevant.
