Hi,
I created a web site in FP 2000 (just purchased FP 2003, but didn't receive
it yet). Within the web site, I created a web page with a login (username,
password) box; and I would like it to lead (when permission is correct) to
another web page or a folder on the same web where I can store proprietary
files for the authorized users. I have the first part done, the login page,
but don't know how to do the rest. Can anyone help? Or any instructions
anywhere?
If this is possible, can I create unique usernames and passwords for each
user that I give access to? Or does it have to be one universal username &
password for all.
I read somewhere that creating a login page is not possible in FP, that you
can only create logins for the entire web at main root level. I wonder is
this is true for FP. I see so many sites with a login capability, that I am
sure Microsoft has built-in that functionality in FP.
