If the web is published correctly (using HTTP to an extended server) the
Nortbots.htm page will never be uploaded to, or created in, the live site.
Nortbots.htm is an error message used in Disc Based webs - nothing to do
with confirmation pages. The only way it gets to the live site is by using
FTP from a disc based web (though there is a bug with FP98 explained at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;181205&Product=fp98 )
