Re: double shared border on bottom

Check the page in FrontPage, in Code view.
There should be one </body> tag followed by one </html>
Delete any further copies of the </body> tag (and </html>) - each copy will
trigger a new bottom border (which may not be seen in FrontPage normal or
preview views, but will be seen in preview in browser).
