Link Bar suddenly opens pages in new windows...

One of my web sites was working perfectly.

I do not know if it is related, but I decided to use java to create a link on each page for a customized pop-up window for an online streaming radio feature on each page. After receiving several script errors, I aborted the project.

The problem... after clicking on the link bar menu, every page opens in a new window. It never did this before.

Any ideas? Is this related to the java?
