Re: READ ONLY web files

It should change the attribute for the folder too, if you pointed it at the
folder and told it to include subdirectories.

Make sure that:
1. There are no other applications that have the web open.
2. You might need to be logged on as an administrator.

Also, this is meant to be used on your local copy, which you then publish.
