That information was in my original post on the
16th, "hit counter won't count". Sorry for the confusion.
This is my first time using a newsgroup. But I think we
figured out the solution, thanks to all of you. We
reloaded the FP extensions and then reinstalled the hit
counter directly online through the http connection, not
as an upload. It's been four hours and so far, it's still
working. Any changes we make to the home page, we'll make
online so it doesn't get messed up in subsequent
uploads. Our fingers are crossed!
