Submitting information to Access

I have an Access database that I want to write to from a
webpage. I've followed the instructions for linking the
the database to the page, but it doesn't write to the
database. When I submit the form, it shows a page with the
confirmation, but when I open the database, there
information isn't there.

Any ideas?
