EW supports FrontPage design time includes.
Ensure that you always open a website, and use hidden meta data
Site->Site Settings - General Tab
Tick the box: "Manage the web site using hidden metadata files"

HI..
I have inherited a site- built using FP2003(2002),
However the web developer then used his own tools..

I needed to change an "include-footer" page and "header" only.
There are some 200 odd pages all HTML.
Problem is the site has Server extension 2002 - and of course sharepoint .. .

How can I recalculate the site without having to install front page on my
machine or the Host PC (win Server 2003 R2) ..

Canot buy Front page as it is no longer available..
