1) Open your online site in FP.
File Open Site and enter your URL as http://www.yoursitename.com/ and log in
2) Create a new folder under the root - say named: Forum
3) Right click the new folder named forum and select convert to web/subweb
4) Double Click the new subweb to open it
5) Use File New - select More Web site Templates - select Discussion Web Site Wizard AND the select the option to Add to current Web
, then OK
6) Follow the Wizard prompts to create the details of your new DW subweb

| End Objective: Make the discussion web Template working.
| Homework done: Read an article on the procedure by "Tina Clarke" found on
| the net.
| Problem: Medium computer background. Can you please list step wise all
| the things that needs to be done to make this discussion web site running.
| For example (Issues like there ia a need for configured SMTP service running
| Etc;) Is there a need to go to the Code and make some changes as the article
| by tina clarke suggests? A reply that a person with medium computer
| background can understand.
