Restore frontpage extensions

Hi

I have a customer that has been running Frontpage extensions for some time.
They many users that have had access to many different virtual directories
under a website.

Now someone accidentally deleted the default website and thereby deleting
all Frontpage extension settings.

They have now managed to set up the webpage again and recreate all virual
directories, but the frontpage extension settings are lost.

I do not see the users on the user list, but if I try to create a user with
the same, I get an error saying the user already exists.

Where can I find these users?

Is it possible to move these users to our new webpage?

Or better yet, is it possible to copy all the frontpage extension settings?

Any suggestions on what to do?
