Using Desktop FrontPage to Administer FP Web Permissions

We have a new FrontPage 2002 Extensions web server installed, and I'm
really missing using the FrontPage desktop client as a way to manage
permissions, as opposed to the web-based administrator. Is there an
owsadm command-line option that would enable web permissions
management via the desktop client rather than the web interface?
Maybe a registry hack?
