Frontpage forms don't work

Hi everyone!

I have a problem with the way that Frontpage handles forms with the
'Send to:' option ticked in FP. (ie Save to file/send email).

The page in question (http://87.106.3.228/formtest.htm), when
submitted, simply returns the same page all over again!

I have my own server, running Win server 2k3 x64 standard edition, iis6
and fp extensions 2002. The forms are the only bit of frontpage exts
that don't work.

Yes, I've tried reinstalling FP exts and IIS. I've configured the SMTP
server for sending emails. Nothing seems to fix the problem!
