Extend not available on site?

I am putting up a replacment for my main site and when I look at it using
the Server Administration website on the server it doesn't have an "extend"
beside the name like the others. When I try to recalculate the site I get
an error saying the tool is too old for the website. The website version
also is showing a version of 6.0.2.6551 which I don't recall seeing before.
All the other sites are 5.0.2.6790.

Using Win2003 Internet Server edition. FP2003 server extensions.

The site is temporarily published at http://71.216.221.5 if you need to
check something on it. In particular I am trying to get the search facility
to work.
