Re: broken internal hyperlink - Discussion form

According to the tests using the information below, FP server extensions are
not installed on the remote server. They are required for the Discussion
Web.

How to check and see if FP Server Extensions are installed on the host
server:
http://www.dnswiz.com/fptype.htm

or, type in your website root URL with /_vti_inf.html ex:
http://www.mysitename.com/_vti_inf.html and you will see whether your site
has them installed and enabled.

I"m stumped! I have a working website that's been chugging along for our
bike club for some years. Lately a suggestion was made to add the ability
to
have members post suggestions and comments for upcoming events. I used a
simple CGI script that wasn't really satisfactory ... then looked in
Frontpage and saw that I could easily create a "discussion web" on the
website.
I tried that, but kept getting an error that seems to be related to a
broken
internal hyperlink. Using the submission form results in an error page
<Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page:
http://www.mi-voyagers.org/disc_post.htm>
When I check the hyperlinks (oh, FP2003 on XP) it shows a broken hyperlink
to the directory in which the submissions would be stored in (_disc).
This is a subweb, BTW, which has it's own URL.
I have tried to rebuild the discussion portion .... change the directory
...
and have set up the discussion web and published that portion several
times
now ... always to the same result ....
The broken links entry on the hyperlinks report shows it's related to the
form handler.

Anybody able to steer me in the right direction?
