I would suggest that you uninstalled the FP2002 extensions and IIS, then re-install IIS and the
FP2000 extensions from the Windows Media CD, then once you know everything is working, then upgrade
to FP2002 extensions.

This is a new machine; Win XP Media Center Edition came pre-installed. I
installed IIS from the Add/Remove/Windows Components process. I downloaded
and installed FPSE 2002 from Microsoft downloads.
