2. You didn't answer my question. I ask you have you open http://localhost/ and then created the
form. I am not asking if you create a new web, etc. If you did create a new web, there would be not
reason for you to then to publish to the new web, since you would be already working in the new web.

Try the following:

1. In FP | File Menu | Open Site enter http://localhost
2. Create a folder, then right click and select convert to subsite
3. Double Click to open subsite
4. Create you form, and set it to write to a file, DO NOT enter an email address.
5. Save the form
6. Test the form using Preview in Browser via http://localhost/subsitename/form.htm
