The issue came up early last year when a friend was purchasing a Dell computer, he was looking to
purchase a Dell MCE, but it appears to not come with IIS, which is required for the FP extensions.
Looking on the MS today, nowhere does it mention that it come with or without IIS. However, if the
more features and functions rely on .Net, then I can see it coming with IIS.
