I sometimes hear from an ISP that it won't accept "FrontPage Extensions".

What if I just want to create a simple web page with a few static graphic
images (JPG image)? Can I do this in FrontPage and upload the page to the
server that doesn't accept "FrontPage Extensions"?

In other words, does FrontPage Extensions mean fancy things like animation,
etc.?

I basically want as simple a program as possible to design the web page,
manage its uploading/updating, etc. I don't want to have to learn
Dreamweaver if I don't have to.

Thanks
