Windows 2003 SP1 & FP Server Extensions Problem

I am running Windows 2003 Server and just recently applied SP1.

Now, I can no longer "Administer" the FP extension. I can add/remove
without a problem, but when I click the site name to administer it, I
get the authentication dialog and then authentication fails. It was set
up using the Admin account, but I get "You are not authorized to view
this page".

Prior to the upgrade this worked fine. I have search the KB, MSDN and
TechNet and have not yet found a solution to this issue.

I have even checked the list of changes and there is no mention of Front
Page Server extensions.

I am lost, and I need to get the extensions back up and running. There
is no problem with IIS serving the pages.

Any suggestions??
