no .idq files in _vti_script folder


Having the same problem as many others here with the fp search
function.

2003 server
IIS6
Indexing service re installed. Catalogs are searchable in the computer
management mmc
Indexing service set to Allow
Everything has been stopped and restarted.
Mappings are good. They go to system32 folder.

The form comes up fine. You enter a search string and it goes to a 404
eror page.
I looked inside the \_vti_script folders of where the search is at and
they are blank.
