Migrated FP web from IIS5 to IIS6 and having issues with usage ana

Hello,
I am replacing our old w2k iss5 server with w2k3.

I have multiple webs with FP extensions and usage analysis runnning.

I created new website and configure FP extensions.-also configured web to
log same exact logging options as iis5.

I copied old log files over from iis5 to iis6 server and ran manual usage
analysis
but it only runs from 2/1/05 to current date.

how can I import usage analysis for the past 3 years worth of log files?
