I found something related to this problem on the net and applied. It seems
to be working now.
I ran this script from the c:\inetpub\adminscripts directory:
cscript adsutil.vbs set w3svc/NTAuthenticationProviders "NTLM"
After running this, it accepted my user name and password. Seems to be
working.
I will post a new thread if another problem pops up!.
