Don't know why you insist on using the command line approach when extending of the FP SE is done directly in IIS (mmc) per my
previous post, where you will find the local machine and drill down to the root web
FP supports Disc Based Webs (DBW) and Server Based Webs (SBW)
You can fully create a DBW
(but can't test any server side controls like the FP SE or use a DB in a DBW)
- you can publish a DBW to a SBW and vice versa
You can test server side controls (like ASP and a DB) only in a SBW
SBW are always opened using a URL (not a file path)
