Try making sure that your domain admin account has log on locally and
network access rights to the web server. Domain admins are special beasts
that lack the full rights of a local server admin, something that a lot of
admins don't realise. It could be that the server just isn't letting the
account logon because it doesn't have the correct access rights, most likely
the network access rights or interactive login rights.
