FPSE Can't Read IIS Config File

For some reason, my Win 2003 IIS6 web server has started to generate
warnings that the FPSE 2002 can't read the IIS config file. I've tried
multiple things to try and fix the problem, but to no avail.

I first noticed the warnings when my web server crashed a few days ago, and
there was an error about IIS not able to communicate with the WWW Service,
and before that, there were all these warnings from FPSE. I've been looking
for answers for a few days, and have not found any that have solved the
issue yet.

Anyone else have this problem, and a solution?
