1) You need to tell us what O/S the host uses.

2) Hosts can choose whether they want to install and use FP server
extensions, regardless of their O/S.

3) There are some features used by FrontPage and FP server extensions that
are not supported in all browsers. But, by the same token, there are some
features of FP (that don't require extensions) that are not compatible in
all browsers.
