Cannot post to website: '550 Permission Denied'

    Dear Sirs, Thank you for your reply.However, I am still
    not able to upload to my website and get the following
    message:

    The file 'README: your files are not missing' exists on
    the destination server but does not exist in the current
    web. Would you like Front Page to remoce it from <Root
    Web>?

    This is followed by: 550 -jpg- Permission Denied

    Am I being dense or is there anything else I can do my
    end? Thank you in advance. Yours faithfully Alexander
