Hi Chau,

That might be the issue. FPSE extended sites have _vti_bin virtual
directory pointing to
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server
Extensions\50\isapi

If this is a new installation of FPSE, then uninstall, restart server and
reinstall.

If this is an existing installation of FPSE gone bad then,

You could just create a new virtual directory under this site, point it to
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server
Extensions\50\isapi and set application execute permissions to "Scripts and
Executables".

Then enable "Windows Integrated" authentication for this folder -> [right
click on _vti_bin-> properties-> directory security tab-> edit button].
