Create a Group box. Place Option buttons (instead of check boxes).

To make sure that at least one option is selected, double-click on one of
the Option buttons, then check Validate... In the dialog box that opens,
place a check in Data Required check box. Place the text that you want to
appear when an option button is not checked.
