Then to edit that page you would :

File > Open > Site and specify the site to open; then

File > Open > Page and select the page to edit. It will open with all the
images on that page.

Make your changes; save the file, then publish the changed page through the
aforementioned methods (http: mode in Frontpage, ftp program or ftp mode in
Frontpage).

Or if you mean open a page live on the server (as I've said already, this
requires the server extensions) goto your browser (Internet Explorer) and
click "Edit with Frontpage", put in your logon details and the site will
open.

The "Edit with..." button is only a feature in IE as far as I know.
