When either Java or Active X is blocked, IE6 reports that Active X is
blocked.
Potential customers using Windows XP or IE6 will most likely *not*
have the JVM (Java Virtual Machine) installed that is required for
viewing Java applets, since JVM is no longer supplied with IE or
Windows (some manufacturers, [Dell, Toshiba] do install Sun's JVM, but
there are not many of these).
