Why is my webpage listed as index.htm in the search page?

   When I type my website address in the Yahoo Search Engine Page. My pages
are listed as index.htm for the home page and New Page 0 for my linked pages.
What is causing this? Is there some type of code missing from my web pages?
Is it my web server?
