I try to open localhost with IE and get message:
You do not have permission to make changes to this document. Do you want to
open a read-only copy?
Okay, when I click "Yes" it brings up the page on localhost and says
something about saving files to
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot
I thought I was supposed to publish files to localhost and files then ended
up on C:\Inetpub\wwwroot?
