The latest version is the FP2002 extensions and your host must install them. On your local machine
you can install them if you are running Windows 2000 Pro with IIS or Windows XP Pro with IIS, by
default the FP2000 extensions can be installed and will work just fine with FP2002/FP2003.

Windows SharePoint Services is only available, if you are hosted on a Windows 2003 server and the
web host has installed it.

Both the FP extensions and SharePoint Services are free to the web host, however some web host may
charge more for accounts with them.
