That's odd. You siad you were running XP Home. Well, if you're running XP
Pro, it comes bundled with IIS (Internet Informatin Services). PWS is a
scaled-down older version of IIS. IIS is the same web server that is used on
Windows 2003 server, with a few restrictions you don't need to worry about
unless you're planning on hosting with it. You can install it from your
Control Panel Add/Remove Windows Components utility.
