You cannot View a remote website unless you have opened a local website.
File->Open Site and type in (or browse to) a web site.
Or File->New... and choose a website template to create a new site on your
hard disc.
In FrontPage 2003, the first site you open in designated the Local Site, the
site you Publish to (or open using Remote Site View) is the remote Site -
this is regardless of where the sites are physically located.
