Yes I am..! I'm paying for the software, how am I supposed to learn how to
install and use it..? Don't say online help please, that only works if
I've successfully installed it..! I shouldn't have to come to a group like
this one for help either, although I am very grateful to the help I have
received in the past from those here and in other groups.

I'm paying for the software, I expect manuals. Is that hard to
understand..? Or should there be a charge to supply them..? Isn't the
price of the software enough..? Or do software developers want people to
buy 3rd party manuals rather than supply them..?

I have an entire shelf filled with manuals supplied by Novell when I
installed their Netware server OS. Why can't others do the same..?

This is my last word on the subject as we're obviously not going to agree.
