By reciprocal links, do you mean links coming _into_ your website?
There aren't any tools that I know of, but Google has a search option that
may help. Substitute your own address in the following:
http://www.google.com/search?as_lq=www.example.com
Alternatively, if you go to Google's site first, you can enter this search
term:
link:www.example.com
