I can't seem to make the face more transparent. What graphics tool would
work better. I use Picture It to blur the edges, therefore, her face is
still colorful. I have many different graphics package on my computer but
still can't figure this one out.

Any other Ideas for making the center more transparent?

I think it looks better...but I think you can washout the cowgirl even
more..the blue text is hard to read in places.
