Errors in FP 2002

I don't know what happened but, When I try to open an existing page from the
FP website I'm working on, I get an error that says, "Documants in this
folder are not available. They may have been moved or deleted, or a network
may be preventing a connection to the server.

Also, when I open FP from the programs menu, I get an error that says,
"Accessing HTTP servers requires 32 bit TCP/IP networking which is not
ibstalled or may be misconfigured. Would you like to see help on how to
install?" When I click yes, nothing happens.--
