problems when uploaded !!

i have created a web page using frontpage 2002 on my xp home system i have
directed the image links to the folder ie:

<td class="logoname" bgcolor="#FFFFFF" width="343"
background="images/statuelogo.jpg"><div align="left">
                   </div></td>

it works fine offline but once i uploaded it the pictures wont load i just
get a small white box with a red x in it. ive contacted the server but they
dont know whats wrong. can anyone here please help me ?????
