How a HTML page links from a flash menu bar?

I am creating a website for work from a template that I purchased. One of
the menu bars is a flash file, and I am having difficulty getting the menu to
go the correct pages. I have put the pages that I want it to link to on the
Navigation Page, and they link properly on all the other pages, just not off
the home page.

Note: The flash menu bar and movie are on every page

This is my first website, so I would appreciate a detailed response.
