For dmoz.org you can purchase server-based application or look for a few freeware versions. I have
freeware version running on my site below, at:
http://www.ycoln-resources.com/directory/
I can no longer locate the source of the application I am using, so I can not give you a URL.
However you can search dmoz for application to display the dmoz directory.
