One of my web sites won't open in Frontpage

When I attempt to open most sites, I get a box asking for my login and
password, however, on one of my sites, I just get a message that the site is
unreachable or that it needs a password but never asks for one. Funny thing
is, if I go to my notebook, I can log into this site with no problem. I
would appreciate anyone helping with this problem. Thanks,
